Request a Grant

1.) Basic Information


NAFEC Association, Inc. provides funds for events at the William J Hughes Technical Center if they occur on-campus, or if they occur off-campus but are sponsored by a division, body, or individual at the William J Hughes Technical Center (such as the Employee Engagement Team, an FAA employee, or an organization within the FAA that is based in the William J Hughes Technical Center). 

If you are hosting an event and would like to seek financial assistance for this event from NAFEC Association, Inc. then fill out the form below. Your request will be reviewed by the board and you will be notified of approval. 

NOTE: Please file your request at least ONE WEEK before the funds are needed. If the request is filed later than this, we cannot guarantee that the completion process will conclude before your need-by date.

Please provide your FAA email address (@faa.gov). Please note that donation requests which use a personal email address will be ignored!

(Optional) Include a phone number we can use to contact you - if there are questions regarding your donation request, this can expedite your approval.

2.) Grant Information


Please provide us with some details about the funds you're requesting. All funding requests go through an approval process with the Board Members of NAFEC Association, Inc., so please be as descriptive as possible in order to ensure a smooth approval process.

Please provide some details about the reason for your request - this could include the name of the event you're hosting, what the funds will be used for, and how many attendees you expect to have.

Donation requests cannot exceed $1,000 and must be written in number format only. Please do not include any special characters or decimal places.

Please add the dollar value of the amount needed. Note that per our policy, you will be provided the full amount, regardless of whether or not the amount is used.

3.) A Couple More Things...


Before we finalize your submission, we'd like to be sure you understand the process. Please read through the information below and confirm that you understand this information using the provided check boxes. 

Once you hit "Submit", the approval process for your request will begin. Please do not submit multiples of the same request, as this will slow down your approval process. 


Donation Request Period: 

  • Donations can take time to process. We will do our best to process your request as quickly as possible, but we ask that you plan ahead and submit your request at least one week before the funds are needed. I understand that if I make my request within the 7 day period, that my request may not be approved in time. 

  • I understand that if I need an expedited request, I can reach out to the NAFEC Staff by using the "Contact Us" form and making a verbal request by speaking with staff, who can guide me through the process.
